Recipe for yummy brownie with ice cream

Brownie is my all time favorite desert. It's always delicious. I love baking so I always made it at home. I add walnuts and cashew to give crunch to my brownie. You also want to try this at home??

Purple Leaf # Brownie # F@


Ingredients:

Butter - 1/2 cup 
White sugar - 1 cup
Eggs - 2
Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
All purpose flour (maida) - 1/2 cup
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Walnut - 2 teaspoon

For Garnish:

Mint leaves
1 scoop ice cream
Cashew

Recipe

Step 1 - Preheat oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 2 - Grease and flour square cake pan (to remove cake easily).
Step 3 - Mix dry ingredients like cocoa powder, flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl.
Step 4 - Blend butter and sugar together in another bowl.
Step 5 - Add egg and vanilla extract in butter-sugar mixture and again blend it until it's fluffy and light.
Step 6 - Now add dry ingredients and walnut in this mixture to make a batter. You can also add milk if the batter is too thick.
Step 7 - Spread batter in a pan and bake it for 25-30 mins in a preheated oven.


Your brownie is ready. Serve it with vanilla ice cream and garnish it with mint leaves (only 1 or 2 leaves)  and cashew on it. Green and fresh mint leave will look perfectly awesome on brownie. You can also garnish it with hot chocolate sauce if you want to make hot fudge brownie. Many options for serving. Just try it!!

Note:

Do not overcook your brownie. Overcooking will absorb all the moisture from it.
